WHO:        Sprint Nextel (NYSE:S), Intel Corporation, Motorola,
            Samsung and Nokia teams will showcase mobile WiMAX in a
            jointly operated booth at the 3GSM World Congress 2007.

WHAT:       Two major themes being addressed at 3GSM World Congress
            2007 are the increasing demand for a Mobile Internet and
            multimedia content at any time and on any device for
            seamless mobility, and mobile Internet demands for
            multi-megabit speeds and cost, performance and content
            improvements. Mobile WiMAX has emerged as a leading
            standard that can deliver on these demands with broad
            global support from major chip makers, service providers
            and device and infrastructure leaders.

            The Mobile WiMAX ecosystem partners and industry leaders
            will jointly demonstrate a variety of laptops, customer
            premises equipment and mobile devices running multimedia
            applications over a mobile WiMAX network. These companies
            are working together to provide a high-speed,
            high-quality, low-cost and convenient mobile WiMAX service
            that will also foster the broad proliferation of mobile
            devices and content.

            Demonstrations over mobile WiMAX networks will include:

            -- True mobile WiMAX TV application from MobiTV streaming
               on WiMAX devices

            -- Live video conferencing between partners on Intel(R)
               Centrino(R) Duo mobile technology-based laptops and
               ultra mobile devices.

            -- Interactive gaming

            -- Rich multimedia digital content services, enabling high
               bit-rate video streaming, viewing photos and accessing
               music.
