Industries International Introduces China's First Button Type Li-ion Battery.

SHENZHEN, China & LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 20, 2004

Industries International, Inc. (INDI) (OTCBB:IDUL), a leading manufacturer and distributor of communications-related technology and lithium batteries in China, today announced that it has received the exclusive right in China to produce the country's first button-type lithium-ion battery.

The battery will be produced by INDI's wholly-owned subsidiary, Li Sun Power, one of China's leading battery manufacturers. The Company has obtained a state patent for the new product and will be the only Chinese firm authorized to manufacture this type of battery during the patent period.

The button type Li-ion battery is a rechargeable mini-battery required for the operation of numerous new telecom products, including wireless mice, portable GPRS systems and, particularly, Bluetooth earphones. Based on performance stability and cost, INDI's new product is expected to be an ideal replacement upgrade for batteries using the Lithium Polymer technology in terms of performance stability and cost.

Recently, INDI representatives attending the Las Vegas International Electronic Products Exhibition in the U.S. with sample Li-ion button type batteries reported high interest in the new product from both old and new clients.
