Industrial Sale: The Tri-County office of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. has assisted in the sale of a large industrial property located at 2101 Corporate Center Drive. Panattoni Development Co. purchased the 49,000-square-foot building from the Wood Family Trust for a price of $7.2 million dollars and plans to convert it into full office use.
