The owner of a 6-acre industrial property in North Little Rock landed a $2.5 million financial package.

Dream Big Investments LLC, led by Marsha Martin, got the five-year loan from Capital Bank. The Onyx Laboratories project at 9600 Rowlett Drive previously was linked with a June 2006 mortgage of $715,000 held by First Security Bank.

The property was purchased for $217,000 in April 2000 from Kathleen Bush.
