The commercial real estate services firm, Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide has arranged the sale of an industrial building near John F. Kennedy International Airport

John F. Kennedy International Airport (IATA: JFK, ICAO: KJFK, FAA LID: JFK
 to Pro-Service Forwarding Co., an international freight-forwarding company based in New Hyde Park New Hyde Park, village (1990 pop. 9,728), Nassau co., SE N.Y., on Long Island; inc. 1927. It is a residential community with some manufacturing and truck farms. Nearby is the uninc. town of North New Hyde Park (1990 pop. 14,359). , NY.

Pro-Service purchased the 11,000-square-foot industrial building at 220 Lawrence Ave., Lawrence, NY, from FOB FOB 1) adj. short for Free on Board, meaning shipped to a specific place without cost. 2) Friend of Bill (Clinton). (See: Free on Board)  Realty International Inc. and has leased about half of the property back to the seller. Financial terms of the transaction, which closed June 7, were not disclosed.

The building, which includes 2,000 square feet of offices, has refrigeration refrigeration, process for drawing heat from substances to lower their temperature, often for purposes of preservation. Refrigeration in its modern, portable form also depends on insulating materials that are thin yet effective.  and freezer space.

Leroy Spellman, a director at Sutton & Edwards, and Jeffrey Cebula, a senior director at Sutton & Edwards, represented the seller. Robert Huhem of Majestic Property Affiliates Inc. represented the buyer.
