The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) of the New York metropolitan area announced that five new members have joined the organization, all from NAI James E. Hanson.

Sales associate John B. Aires, represents both landlords and tenants with the acquisition and disposition process; sales associate Robert J. Borny, responsible for targeting the Morris County area, focusing on the office and industrial space concerns of tenants, landlords and investors; sales associate Craig A. Levitan, specializes in serving the industrial sector throughout the New Jersey region; sales associate Gregory D. Reid, Reid is responsible for serving the commercial real estate needs of tenants, landlords and investors throughout New Jersey; and sales associate Russell J. Verducci, represents tenants, landlords and investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate in the northern New Jersey office and industrial market.
