:IECS) announced today that they have leased a new soil treatment facility from prominent Ontario developer William Docherty, allowing them to increase capacity two-fold.

In a remarkable display of confidence, Mr. Docherty, Director of A&D Holdings, has decided to take lease payments in the form of a small percentage of IECS's on-site revenue. The ten acre remediation facility is slated to begin operations next week.

The location of the new property -- in the town of Windsor, Canada, just across the river from Detroit -- gives the company a whole new range of clients from Chrysler to Heinz.

 is the company's alliance with Mr. Docherty, one of the areas's largest developers. Providing entree into the distressed real estate market, Mr. Docherty will work closely with IECS to create a brisk business in an area with virtually no competition.

At its northwestern corner are the so-called Four Corners, where Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah meet at right angles; New Mexico is also bordered by Oklahoma (NE), Texas (E, S), and Mexico (S).  which is capable of generating between two and three million dollars per year.
