Industri-Matematik International Names Philippe Beaurain Vice President of Services.

MARLTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 1998--Industri-Matematik International Corp. (NASDAQ:IMIC), a global provider of supply chain management software, today announced it has named Philippe Beaurain as vice president of services.

In this role, Beaurain will be responsible for all services provided in the United States and Canada, working with customers to maintain a high level of satisfaction and rapidly implement Industri-Matematik's System ESS(R) Supply Chain Execution Software Suite. Beaurain will oversee the array of implementation and technical services Industri-Matematik provides its customers to assist them in achieving the full business value of supply chain software. These services include business process reengineering, integration, customer-specific application development, training and customer support.

Beaurain has over 19 years international experience in the supply chain software and services industry. Before joining Industri-Matematik, Beaurain was a supply chain software consultant, helping major companies capitalize on new strategic areas and business ventures. In this position, he assisted Baan in developing a line of business for its Third Party Logistics initiative. In addition, Beaurain worked with ADP-GSI Logistics and Distribution for 18 years in various leadership positions, most recently serving as president and CEO. Beaurain has a BA honors degree in European Business Administration and was the top graduate from CESEM, a business school in Reims, France.
