Indianapolis Casting Corp., a subsidiary of International Truck & Engine. (Newscast).


Indianapolis Casting Corp., a subsidiary of International Truck & Engine, Indianapolis, has begun research and development for new compacted graphite iron (CGI) products. The foundry implemented Stockholm, Sweden-based Sintercast's process conrol technology for CGI. The system will give ICC the capability to support design, prototyping and future high-volume series production needs. ICC currently has the capacity to produce 150,000 tons of gray iron castings annually.
