Indiana Family & Social Services Administration Extends Contract with Complete Business Solutions, Inc. for Child Support Enforcement System.

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1997--Complete Business Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBSL) announced today that it was awarded an extension of its existing contract to maintain and enhance the Indiana Support Enforcement Tracking System (ISETS). ISETS is Indianas Statewide Child Support Enforcement System and was developed to meet Federal and State regulations.

The extension of the contract is valued at approximately $9 million over the next 2 years and brings the total value of the contract to over $13 million. The original contract was signed in February of 1996.
