India chasing China in electronics.

Scottsdale, AZ -- India will be the fastest-growing electronics market the next few years, In-Stat said last month, with domestic sales growing at a compounded annual growth rate of 23% to US$40 billion by 2010.

That's a huge gain from the $11.5 billion in sales it booked in 2004 - less than 1% of the global market, the research firm (in-stat.com) said. Still, it's a far cry from the $272 billion China totaled last year (18% share). China is expected to grow at a CAGR CAGR
