India, a part of The Linde Group of Germany, today said it has signed four gas supply deals with photo voltaic manufacturers-- Moser Baer, Euro Multivision, Solar Semiconductor and Indo Solar. As part of the agreement, BOC India will be supplying gas like nitrogen to the manufacturers besides providing services and technology solutions required for the purpose. For instance, the company will supply bulk nitrogen, silane silane or silicon hydride Any of a series of inorganic compounds of silicon and hydrogen with covalent bonds and the general chemical formula SinH(2n + 2). and other specialty gas to Indo Solar for the latter's first crystalline silicon photo voltaic (PV) manufacturing plant in India. "BOCI BOCI Bank of China International BOCI Buckner Orphan Care International will...also install the distribution and monitoring systems required for safe and reliable supply of these specialty gases to the manufacturing facility," the company said in a statement. For Moser Baer's PV production unit in Greater Noida, BOCI has created supply schemes for industrial gases for electronics manufacturing throughout South and East Asia.
