Inderscience Publishers launches three journals with plans for two more.Inderscience Publishers (Geneva), a producer of academic, scientific and professional journals, has begun the publication of three new titles and has plans to launch two additional titles in early 2006. "International Journal of Technology Intelligence & Planning" provides information on the field of technology intelligence, technology planning, R&D resource allocation, technology controlling, technology decision-making processes and related disciplines. It also covers emerging technologies, politics in decision-making and strategy implementation. An annual subscription costs Targeted to scientists and engineers who work with ground vehicles, including the automotive industry, "International Journal of Vehicle Systems Modeling & Testing" focuses on new industry computational and testing techniques for vehicles and vehicle components. It covers CAM and simulation, structural analysis, coupled field problems, alternative/ concept vehicles, applied dynamics, control techniques, and test rigs. Launched this month, "International Journal of Information Systems and Change Management" covers the general field of information systems and change management theories, methodologies, modeling, processes, tools and strategies for dealing with business changes. Content covers transactions, data collection, education and training, managing risk, project management, legal and ethical issues, measuring change, and security issues. Also launched this month, "International Journal of Productivity & Quality Management" covers strategies, techniques and tools for productivity and quality management in modern manufacturing and service organizations.
