It will be published four times a year for practitioners and legal and related academics interested in a multidisciplinary approach to intellectual property management. An annual print or online subscription will cost 450 [euro]. An annual subscription to both versions will cost 610 [euro]. Editorial will cover such topics as: the national development history of intellectual property; international harmonization of intellectual property; culture, ideologies and intellectual property; valuation methods, disparities and economic significance of intellectual property; licensing; alliances; cooperative research and development; technology transfer; IP litigation; stimulating inventions; managing IP information; IP exploitation and commercialization; global piracy and corporate strategies; the impact of IP on mergers and acquisitions; and, IP and its effects on international negotiations.
