), a market leader in broadband gateways and service-delivery software, announced it has signed a license agreement for its TR-069 NBBS NBBS Networking Broadband Services  remote device management platform with LEA S.A.S., a subsidiary of the HF Company group and a leader in xDSL and PLC broadband solutions. LEA's independent test laboratory in Tauxigny, near Tours, France, will use Netopia's NBBS platform to check the compatibility of vendors' IP gateways and network equipment with TR-069, the new DSL Forum standard for auto-configuration and remote centralized management.
