), announced today that its largest reseller of copy management technology, Sonopress, LLC., (www.sonopress.com/us) has assisted in landing this licensing agreement with independent music giant KOCH Records (www.kochrecords.com).

The teams from Quiet Tiger and Sonopress have worked diligently to finalize the deal with New York-based KOCH Records for use of the MediaMax Music Management System on its distributed releases. KOCH Records is the fastest-growing independent record company in the U.S. and Canada, and has had more Billboard charting albums than any other independent record company in 2002 and 2003. KOCH Records has been referred to as the sixth major label within the music industry.

The contract with KOCH Records is one of many revenue deals to come as a result of the strategic alliance between QuietTiger and Sonopress. QuietTiger has the exclusive rights to represent the SunnComm International's MediaMax product line of digital content security and enhancement products for the music and entertainment industry.
