") has originated for 21 Borrowers, business and real estate related loans totaling $328 million under its Commercial BCLOC Loan program.

The BCLOC Loan program allows borrowers to access lower cost funds while building additional equity. The BCLOC also reduces the borrower's cost, using the proprietary software called Access Channel as the engineering model.

The Borrowers of the 21 BCLOC Loans are expected to pay a 5% origination fee A charge imposed by a lending institution or a bank for the service of processing a loan.

For example, a bank might charge an individual who has applied for a student loan an origination fee of one percent for processing the application and granting the loan.
 to ICCC once the loans are funded by a related funding corporation of ICCC.
