The Co. reported that on 02/20/06 the Boards of N and FAL FAL FRAME (Fund for the Replacement of Animals in Medical Experiments) Alternatives Laboratory
FAL Bundesforschungsanstalt für Landwirtschaft (federal research institute for agriculture, Braunschweig, Germany) 
 unanimously approved the acquisition of FAL by N. The offer is Can$34 per share or 0.6713 of an N common share plus Can$0.05 in cash, subject to a prorating prorating (prōrā´ting),
n a clause in a contract with participating dental professionals wherein they agree to accept a percentage reduction in their billings to offset the amount by which the total cost of
