InSite Vision to Present at Two October Life Sciences and Biotech Conferences.

ALAMEDA, Calif. -- InSite Vision Incorporated (AMEX:ISV), an ophthalmic products company, is currently focused on developing therapies that treat ocular infection, glaucoma, and retinal disease. The Company's platform technologies include topical drug delivery (DuraSite(R)), genomics and retinal drug delivery.

InSite Vision will be presenting both at the BIO InvestorForum 2005 and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin's Emerging Growth Life Sciences Conference.

InSite Vision's presentations by senior management will include a review of current operations, the progress of AzaSite's(TM) clinical trials and most importantly the Company's plans for the future.
