:INKP) today announced the election of Robert A. Vukovich, Ph.D., founder of Roberts Pharmaceutical Corporation to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Vukovich, 55, currently serves as Executive Chairman of Roberts Pharmaceutical Corporation and has almost 30 years of drug development experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He previously held positions at Warner-Lambert, Bristol-Myers Squibb Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY), colloquially referred to as BMS, is a pharmaceutical corporation, formed by a 1989 merger between pharmaceutical companies Bristol-Myers Company, founded in 1887 by William McLaren Bristol and John Ripley Myers in Clinton, NY (both were  and the Revlon Health Care Group. As Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Roberts, Dr. Vukovich pursued a strategy of novel compound acquisition for large pharmaceutical markets. He built a sales and marketing infrastructure and acquired manufacturing and distribution facilities. Additionally, he established a number of strategic alliances with major multinational pharmaceutical corporations.
