The 25-year old company, founded by Kermy Orr and Dave Hauck, has been featured in such magazines as Women's Wear Daily Women's Wear Daily (WWD) is a fashion-industry trade journal sometimes called "the bible of fashion."[1][2] It is the flagship journal of Fairchild Publications, Inc.[3] WWD's publisher is Ralph Erardy, Sr. , Jane, Lucky and Accessories Magazine. The asking price for the space had been $35 per s/f.

S A & E International Bags & Accessories, a manufacturer of belts and accessories, signed a seven-year lease for an additional 1,347 s/f of showroom and office space. The asking price for the space had been $32 per s/f. The company now occupies 6,759 s/f.

United Footwear Group Inc., a manufacturer of women's shoes and footwear accessories, renewed its current lease of 1,854 s/f of showroom and office space. According to Adams, United Footwear signed a five-year lease. The asking price was $32 per s/f.
