The Care Show is produced twice a year for the UK healthcare market and complements CMPi's "Caring Business" magazine and web site. The purchase includes "Care Magazine," a title produced in association with The Care Show and distributed to over 20,000 care home operators and managers, care home group management executives and professional care providers. In a separate transaction, CMPi has also acquired the ATC (Air Traffic Control) Maastricht Conference from Jane's Information Group (London) for a cash consideration of 126,000 [pounds sterling]. The acquired show has operated alongside CMPi's ATC Maastricht Exhibition for the last 16 years.
