Advice from a meditation meditation, religious discipline in which the mind is focused on a single point of reference. It may be a means of invoking divine grace, as in the contemplation by Christian mystics of a spiritual theme, question, or problem; or it may be a means of attaining  teacher for those who may be starting to falter in their New Year's resolutions A New Year's Resolution is a commitment that an individual makes to a project or a habit, often a lifestyle change that is generally interpreted as advantageous. The name comes from the fact that these commitments normally go into effect on New Year's Day and remain until the set  or for those already gearing up for their lenten ones:

"Expectation is the great enemy of early practice. We have internal pictures of what we think peace and spiritual attainment should be....

"If we do not have immediate and recognizable progress we feel like quitting....

 it gathers muscles and strength. Not unlike a wave near the shore, it heaves heaves, chronic pulmonary emphysema in horses. Heaves is characterized by the disruption of normal lung tissue with resultant loss of the lung's elastic recoil. A forced expiratory effort is needed to empty the lungs of air.  into our lives again and again in small ways or with the full thunder and crash of its claim.
