Executive oversight of Dow's geographic regions, and responsibility for the marketing and sales function, have been re-aligned within the OCE as follows:

* Romeo Kreinberg, executive vice president, Performance Plastics and Chemicals, assumes oversight responsibility for Dow's corporate marketing and sales function.

* Geoffery Merszei, executive vice president and CFO, assumes executive oversight for Dow's activities in Europe.

* Michael Gambrell, executive vice president, Basic Plastics and Chemicals, assumes executive oversight for Dow's activities in India, Middle East and Africa.

* Heinz Haller, joined the company on June 1 as senior vice president, Strategic Development and New Ventures, and will assume executive oversight for Dow's activities in Asia Pacific.

* Julie Fasone Holder, corporate vice president for Public Affairs, Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion, assumes executive oversight for Dow's activities in Latin America.
