RONALD RONALD Rocketborne Optical Neutral gas Analyzer with Laser Diodes  K. DEKKERT, past president of the San Francisco Chapter, died June 7. Mr. Dekkert worked on international tax matters for more than 35 years with Del Monte Corporation. Besides his involvement with TEI 1. (communications) TEI - Terminal Endpoint Identifier.

, the U.S. navy veteran of World War II also served on the Board of Directors of Cal-Tax, as well as the California Manufacturers Asociation and the California Taxation Streering Committee. Mr. Dekkert was 83 years old.

DAVID David, in the Bible

 P. NORUM, former member of the Chicago Chapter, died July 23. Mr. Norum was the Corporate Vice President of Taxes with Sears Roebuck and Co. as well as a long-time supporter of TEI. He was 72 years old.

MARION A. YOUNGERS, past president of the Wisconsin Chapter, died August 12. Mr. Youngers was a graduate of the University of Iowa Not to be confused with Iowa State University.
The first faculty offered instruction at the University in March 1855 to students in the Old Mechanics Building, situated where Seashore Hall is now. In September 1855, the student body numbered 124, of which, 41 were women.
. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School The University of Michigan Law School, located in Ann Arbor, is a unit of the University of Michigan. The Law School, founded in 1859, currently has an enrollment of approximately 1,200 students, most of whom are earning the degrees of Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LLM).  in 1959. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War Korean War, conflict between Communist and non-Communist forces in Korea from June 25, 1950, to July 27, 1953. At the end of World War II, Korea was divided at the 38th parallel into Soviet (North Korean) and U.S. (South Korean) zones of occupation.  as First Lieutenant. From 1969 to 1987, Mr. Youngers was employed by Rexnord, Inc. Serving as Vice President of Taxes, Vice President of Law, and General Counsel. More recently, he served in the capacities at Valuation Research Corporation. Beyond TEI, Mr. Youngers served in a variety or professional and civic leadership roles, including: Vice President/Director of Public Expenditure Research Foundation; Chairman of the Tax Committee, Wisconsin Association of Manufacturers and Commerce; and Consultant on International Taxation to the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Small Business under Senator Gaylord Nelson, 1978. Mr. Youngers was 74 years old.
