NYC New York City Dept. of Housing Preservation and Development Commissioner Shaun Donovan, NYC Housing Development Corp. President Emily A. Youssouf and NYC Housing Authority Chairman Tino Hernandez announced that The Arker Companies, The Domain Companies and Neighborhood Housing Services of Staten Island had been selected to undertake the $60 million redevelopment of the Markham Gardens public housing development.
