In Westchester, Eastridge reports seven lease deals.

EastRidge Properties and Edward S. Gordon Co., have announced the signing of seven leases totaling 61,000 square-feet of rentable commercial space. Tenants include United States Fidelity & Guaranty Corporation; Fund american Enterprises, Inc.; A. C. Israel, Inc.; Kearney National Inc.; Norman M. Morris Corporation; S.M.A. Equities, Inc.; and A & W Brands, Inc.

Eastridge Properties is a Westchester County portfolio of 18 office buildings that are located in four corporate parks including the White Plains Office Park, Westchester Corporate Park, Rockledge Center and Purchase Park. Michael J. Ziatyk, senior vice president of Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. and managing director for the EastRidge Properties, and Helene Saren, managing director of Edward S. Gordon, Co., made the announcement.

The $25 million investment in these corporate parks includes extensive landscaping designed to make them inviting to use as well as beautiful to see. Over 1,700 trees will be added in addition to lawns, walking trails and picnic areas. Changes include enhancements to parking areas and improved traffic configurations.

In addition, numerous building renovations and significant improvements in tenant amenities will be made. Plans include a recently opened conference center, expanded restaurant services, new sundry shops, a health club and a new, free-standing day-care center to be constructed.
