 increased by 8.7 per cent, to $9.7 billion, compared to 2005. This year, capital investment in Saskatchewan is projected to increase by 1.4 per cent, to a record level of $9.8 billion. In 2007 the private sector is expected to account for about $7.6 billion or 77 per cent and the public sector is projected to contribute $2.2 billion or 23 per cent of the total expenditures.
