 Mortgage Investments III in the sale of four gardenstyle apartment communities in Austin, Texas.

The Hayman Company purchased the 702-unit multifamily portfolio for $25,050,000. Eric Mattson Jr. and Morgen mor·gen

The apartment complexes in the 702-unit portfolio sale were Quail quail, common name for a variety of small game birds related to the partridge, pheasant, and more distantly to the grouse. There are three subfamilies in the quail family: the New World quails; the Old World quails and partridges; and the true pheasants and seafowls.  Run, Coppermill, Gateways, and Woodstone, and have an average occupancy level of 95%. The Austin apartment market is experiencing an upturn with increasing rental rates and declining vacancy VACANCY. A place which is empty.
