Improvements at 370 Lex are attracting new tenants.

New and existing tenants have committed to more than 23,000 s/f at the popular office property, which is currently undergoing an extensive capital improvement project.

Among the newest tenants to join the tenant roster are: G.L. In addition to the new lease commitments at the property, several renewals were also recently signed.

The floor plans and existing tenant base attract a variety of users ranging from corporate to small-suite tenants, who are drawn to its exceptional light and air, flexible floor plates, fifth floor state-of-the-art conference center and convenient location. The lobby renovations, which include better lighting, a new security desk and a touch-screen electronic directory, are expected to be complete by January 2007. In addition to these renovations, the storefronts at 370 Lexington are also being updated, with exterior and interior improvements.

"While renewals continued to play an important role in the leasing activity, new tenants were drawn to the improvements being made to the tower, and the new supply of flexible, pre-built suites and amenities now available at 370 Lexington Avenue," said Chalme.
