* Box-fill systems: HFA previously built only heavy-duty systems for payloads of 1000 lb or more. Now HFA also offers a new lightweight system with a rotary table A rotary table is a precision work positioning device used in metalworking. It enables the operator to drill or cut work at exact intervals around a fixed (usually horizontal or vertical) axis. , designed for the low mass of most plastic parts.

Besides the rotary, HFA also has new over-under and parallel box-fill systems. They use a new electric lift and transfer instead of the older pneumatic system. Powered roller zones are now standard instead of a belt conveyor to queue up Verb 1. queue up - form a queue, form a line, stand in line; "Customers lined up in front of the store"
queue, line up

stand, stand up - be standing; be upright; "We had to stand for the entire performance!"
empty boxes or totes. Fill-by-weight systems come standard with a digital scale.

* Rotary worktable: It has a direct center drive instead of the older "flywheel" design and a durable UHMW-PE UHMW-PE Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene  table surface.

* U-Slide: Now commercial after a period of testing, this U-shaped plastic slide channels parts after they drop from the mold. Mounted on a guide-rail assembly that attaches to the frame of the press, it replaces homemade "cardboard-and-duct-tape" solutions. Tel: (815) 943-1195 * PTDirect: 277QH
