Imperia Entertainment Launches Financing For "Never Submit".


BEVERLY HILLS Beverly Hills, city (1990 pop. 31,971), Los Angeles co., S Calif., completely surrounded by the city of Los Angeles; inc. 1914. The cathedral (1780–1832) dominates the modern city.  Entertainment (Pink Sheets:IPEI IPEI Ionospheric Plasma and Electrodynamics Instrument ) announced today that it has launched $3 million in financing to cover its production of the feature film, "Never Submit." Investors will subscribe to up to 60 units, each consisting of a ' percent equity interest in the film, and 2 shares of restricted preferred stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders.

Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate.
, each convertible to 100,000 shares of company common stock at the current bid value of 25 cents. "We are pleased with the financing effort, and expect all units to be placed within the next 30 days," said Kenneth Eade, Company Chairman.
