ImmunoTherapeutics, Inc. Changes Name to Endorex Corporation; New Ticker Symbol for Common Stock: ENDU.


FARGO, N.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 9, 1996--ImmunoTherapeutics, Inc. today announced that, effective immediately, it has changed its name to Endorex Corporation following approval by a majority of shareholders at its annual meeting held on August 8, 1996.
