Notes: If the buying and selling parties do not arrange an alternate agreement, the physical commodity must be delivered from on the Canadian Venture Exchange The Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) is now a defunct stock exchange having been acquired by the TSX Group in 2001 and renamed the TSX Venture Exchange. After January 23, the company's common shares will trade only as IMMKF on the OTCBB regardless of whether the shares were purchased through the CDNX or the OTCBB. Shareholders need not take any action with respect to their Immune Network shares. Immune Network stock that was previously traded as "IMM" may now be traded as "IMMKF" in U.S. dollars. Upon delisting from the CDNX, Immune Network intends to engage in appropriate public relations, media relations and investor relations activities that are commensurate with the current stage in the company's growth and its drug development projects. For over a year, Immune Network has been funding a major clinical trial of an existing drug for its use as a treatment for Alzheimer disease. The DAD2000 clinical trial involves 4 countries, 20 centers, and over 30 clinicians. In June 2001, patient enrollment in DAD2000 reached 201 patients whose diagnosis was "mild to moderate" Alzheimer disease. Immune Network is now developing a "compassionate use" program in certain countries for patients who have completed the 52-week clinical trial.
