ImmuDyne Announces Expansion.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2002

ImmuDyne Inc. has secured a loan of $600,000.00 for capital investment, including the purchase of manufacturing equipment, to expand capacity and production of its products and thus meet increasing demand for the company's products. As part of the consideration of the loan, ImmuDyne has agreed to purchase 1 million shares of ImmuDyne Inc. common stock and 1 million options (at $0.10) a 5% interest in a cosmetic and functional food company that the lender is incorporating.
