IEGP will continue to use the trading names of both Chartware Music Group and Chartware Media Group as "Chartware" has been specifically developed as the music label brand name for IEGP.

As a result of this consolidation, the Board of IEGP will now be restructured as follows:

-- Christoph Berger (president of CMC) - will take over as IEGP

President. Berger is well known and respected throughout the industry. His first major signing for the group was a distribution agreement with Deshima Records, who are represented in Germany by Hansi Derer.
