Weighing in at a mere 0.68 pounds and measuring less than six inches long, the Imation USB Floppy Drive for Macintosh is a compact, portable option for adding a floppy drive to Macintosh computers. It provides floppy compatibility for both Mac- and PC-formatted 1.44MB high density diskettes as well as PC-formatted 720KB double density diskettes, enabling use of floppy disks for backup, file transfer, software installation and more.

Powered via the USB connection, the Imation USB floppy drive doesn't require an additional, bulky power cord or adapter, making the drive easy to install and hot-swap with other USB peripherals.

The Imation USB floppy drive features an ice/blue design to complement Macintosh iMac, iBook, G3 and G4 computers. The drive is now available wherever computer supplies are sold at an estimated street price of $79.99 (actual pricing will vary).
