Imams revved up for cricket.




SPORTY vicars are praying for a change of luck - after being hammered at cricket by a team of imams.

Clergymen from the Church of England Church of England: see England, Church of.  took on a team of Islam faith leaders in a game designed to build bridges between the two communities.

And the imams tasted victory in the 20-over challenge for the second successive year. Replying to the vicars' 92 for 6, the imams cruised to 95 for 5 off just 16.2 overs.
