Imagyn Medical Technologies and VHA Sign a Multi-Year Purchase Agreement.

) has signed a multi-year purchase agreement under which Imagyn's Surgical Division will provide multi-use and reposable minimally-invasive surgical instrumentation to healthcare organizations that are members of VHA VHA Veterans Health Administration

 Inc., the Irving, Texas-based health care alliance. The agreement begins February 1, 1998 and will continue through June 2000, offering significant revenue and cost reduction opportunities for VHA Healthcare organizations.
