The im9220 produces reliable high-speed, high-quality output at 92 ppm and offers full in-house production capabilities to deliver results within a hard-driving "constant use" environment. It's ideal for large workgroups or high volume areas looking to eliminate expensive outsourcing and take advantage of new cost-saving opportunities. With one of the fastest scan speeds in its class, off-line finishing, booklet trimming and up to 750,000 print/copy impressions per month, the im9220 is equally well suited for high volume office applications and corporate CRD/Print centers.

In-house Production Made Simple

The im9220 is versatile enough to print on up to 12" by 18" paper with weights of 13 lb. bond up to 110 lb. index stock for a wide variety of applications. The im9220's basic package supports sorting, 8-position stapling and 2- or 3-hole-punching. Two advanced powerful finishing options include either a 100-sheet multi-position stapler or an 80-page booklet maker with letter fold (tri-fold) capabilities. The im9220 is flexible enough to print on and add an 11" by 17" folded & punched page into a job with the optional Z-fold punch.

Powerful Features and Options with Expanded Functionality and Security

The im9220 is fast and reliable with high quality output delivering 600 x 600 dpi resolution. Simple touch screen display, PCL(R) and Visual Print Drivers, make it easy to attain full in-house production functionality. One touch scanning provides quick access to such features as Scan-to E-mail, Scan-to FTP server, Scan-to HDD or Scan-to SMB server which allows the user to scan directly to a shared network folder. The im9220 ships standard with advanced security functions to protect valuable data. This includes account modes to track usage and network authentication providing management control. If the enhanced security mode is enabled when a job is either completed or interrupted, the confidential data stored on the hard drive or in memory is automatically overwritten. Additionally, the im9220's security is easily set to the level of security a business desires or requires. At the end of the day, the im9220 can generate a detailed security log with full authorized and unauthorized access history.
