Imaging Dynamics Corporation Announces Conditional Sale of Six Xplorer Units.Business Editors CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 2000 Imaging Dynamics Corporation (CDNX CDNX See Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX). :ID.) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent with MEVA MEVA Modular Effectiveness Vulnerability Assessment MEVA Mission Essential Vulnerable Area bildgebende Systeme GmbH & Co. (MEVA), a German company, for the sale of six Xplorer 1700 digital radiography digital radiography Imaging A format for producing x-rays in which film used to produce conventional x-ray images is replaced with more sensitive sensitive electronics; DXRs produce images with1⁄2 units. Each unit will include an acquisition workstation. The Xplorer units will be priced at $US 150,000 each, less applicable manufacturer discounts since MEVA is purchasing the units as a dealer. All units are being purchased by MEVA for resale in Germany. The letter of intent is conditional, being subject to certain requirements, including, but not limited to, the parties entering into a formal, definitive agreement, IDC receiving the appropriate CE mark for European certification and receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. MEVA represents a consortium of 17 dealers, including 12 in Germany, 3 in Austria and 2 in Switzerland. The German component of the consortium includes 85 sales, marketing and technical support employees.
