Imagin Molecular Corporation Signs Letter of Intent with PET Management Services to Pursue Molecular Imaging Partnerships.

OAK BROOK, Ill. -- Imagin Molecular Corporation (OTCBB:IMGM) announced today that the Company has entered into an agreement with PET Management Services of Niagara, NY. PET Management Services is a leader in molecular imaging solutions that brings to IMGM the necessary bioinformatics research and imaging center management that proves the model of Positron Emission Tomography (PET) as a primary diagnostic tool in the fight against coronary disease.

PET Management Services (PMS) enables Imagin Nuclear Partners (INP) to deliver specialized evidence based medical solutions for cardiac disease diagnostics and treatments driven by bioinformatics. When specifically positioned in the market it will provide the maximal cost effective benefit to their joint venture partner and its patients. PMS has data that demonstrates cost savings to insurance companies when cardiac PET is performed on selected patients as a first line test rather than traditional Single Photon Computed Tomography (SPECT) scans. PMS will use this and similar data to demonstrate to the imaging center and assist INP to be best positioned in the marketplace.
