ImageXpres Corporation Distributor Signs Three-Year Agreement with Consorta, Inc., to Sell Print Solution One Systems to 500 U.S. Hospitals.

ImageXpres is a digital imaging company headquartered in Rochester, N.Y. The Company develops imaging solutions for the commercial printing, consumer photo, and diagnostic imaging market segments.

SVG has signed a three-year agreement with Consorta, Inc., a group-purchasing organization based in Schaumburg, Ill. The agreement took effect in December 2004, and covers Print Solution One(TM) systems. Product installs at Consorta member hospitals are currently underway, and with over 500 hospitals in the Consorta Group purchasing organization A group purchasing organization is an entity that leverages the purchasing power of a group of businesses to obtain discounts from vendors based on the collective buying power of the GPO members. Many GPOs are funded by administrative fees that are actually paid by the vendors. , the agreement marks the beginning of what could prove to be a substantial new revenue stream for the Company in the medical market segment.

The Company is targeting the large GPO segment of the hospital market, offering several unique digital imaging solutions designed to generate new revenue opportunities.
