) is releasing new Medical AMLCD (Active Matrix LCD) See active matrix.  display products at the Symposium for Computer Applications in Radiology (SCAR) show held in Cleveland, Ohio, May 2-4, 2002.

New Products on display for the first time include a 19 inch 1600x1200 grayscale In computing, a grayscale or greyscale digital image is an image in which the value of each pixel is a single sample. Displayed images of this sort are typically composed of shades of gray, varying from black at the weakest intensity to white at the strongest, though in  AMLCD that is brilliant at 700 nits and pivots for landscape or portrait orientation. Making its debut at the show is also an 18-inch 24 bit color AMLCD that provides 10 bit grayscale gamma correction for medical images.

Also showcased will be:
-- a 21-inch Portrait 5 megapixel, digital grayscale CRT display with hands
free, autocalibration

-- a 15-inch 800 nit high bright AMLCD display (medical grade and touch
options)

-- a 20.8" high bright 3 megapixel AMLCD display for diagnostic viewing of
medical images

-- a 24" color AMLCD display with multiple inputs for multi-application
viewing.


Image Systems is a designer and manufacturer of displays, with 13 years of expertise in medical imaging. The 10.4" to 24" LCD displays and 9" to 24" CRT (1) (C RunTime) See runtime library.
