Gold Solutions is implementing a unique collection of services and financial transactions, such as one-of-a-kind, simple and convenient liquidation and insurance options for owners of precious metals and collectible coins, with a view to extending this to other forms of gradable collectibles. Among the more novel services expected to be offered by Gold Solutions are those designed to allow investors of precious metals and coins to store these valuables in a secure third-party location, open an account with the company, and then apply a specially-designed, "Gold Standard" MasterCard(R) to obtain goods and services In economics, economic output is divided into physical goods and intangible services. Gold Solutions' MasterCard-based services and other business initiatives are expected to generate a number of new potential revenue streams for Image, including the possibility of regular transaction fees for buying and selling activities on the card, the ability to receive annual fees for secure storage of the physical assets and for insurance coverage, and additional fees for issuance of the Gold Standard MasterCard(R) itself.
