Image Entertainment Urges All Stockholders to Submit Proxies for Annual Meeting Tomorrow.


CHATSWORTH, Calif. -- Image Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq:DISK), a leading independent licensee, producer and distributor of home entertainment programming in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. , today urged all of its stockholders to turn in their proxies for the election of the Company's board of directors at the annual meeting of stockholders tomorrow.

Image Entertainment urges shareholders to vote the WHITE proxy card A proxy card is an easily-acquired or home-made substitute for a collectible card. A proxy is used when a collectible card game player does not own a card, and it would be impractical for such purposes to acquire the card.  today - by telephone or Internet by following the instructions on the WHITE proxy card. All proxies that are received by the close of the polls tomorrow will be presented to the independent inspector of election.
