In addition to holding senior-level positions at a number of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, Singleton has served as a consultant on drug development and medical affairs through his own firm, New Drug Development Services. Previously, he was senior vice president, new drug development, for Chugai Pharma USA, responsible for designing and executing the strategy for developing the company's drug pipeline in the U.S. In addition, as Associate VP for International Development he was responsible for managing the progress of Chugai's multinational clinical programs. He has also held senior positions with Gensia Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer. He holds B.M. and B.Ch. degrees (equivalent to MD in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. ) from Oxford University Medical School, where he also received a Masters Degree in Animal Physiology.

Prior to joining ImaRx, Weissberger was senior director, regulatory affairs, at Myogen, Inc., where she managed the regulatory affairs department, and developed and implemented a company-wide quality assurance program. Her responsibilities included managing three global late-stage drug development programs. Previously, she was associate director, worldwide regulatory affairs, at Pfizer, Inc., where she was responsible for multiple IND, IDE and NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) An agreement signed between two parties that have to disclose confidential information to each other in order to do business.
