Jean Trobec has been promoted to senior vice president for the Illinois Fertilizer and Chemical Association, St. Anne, Ill. Trobec has more than 12 years experience in the legislative and regulatory arena, including pesticide and fertilizer programs, sales tax issues and transportation regulations. She has served on numerous statewide advisory committees and acts as the agribusiness industry's liaison with agencies such as the EPA, OSHA and the Department of Agriculture.
