The purpose is to give them an incentive to increase their output through enhanced morale, less wasteful use of materials, better care of provisions and greater job flexibility. Nicol expects more than 500 direct jobs will be created in mill, woodlands and transportation work with a $125 million payroll, as well as other indirect servicing jobs.
