IdentityNow, the leader in the $15 billion corporate promotional products industry, today announced an agreement to merge its largest division, American Identity, with Boise Marketing Services, Inc. BCOP will maintain an equity position in IdentityNow, American Identity's parent company, with seats on its Board of Directors.
